Baby Classes

A gentle and safe introduction to the water for infants and their parents, with nurturing, in-water support that helps babies develop early water confidence and basic motor skills.

Sessions run in small groups of up to five babies and their parents: individual attention, playful activities, and a friendly setting that encourages parent involvement from the very start.

Children (Ages 3-17)

Children are guided through our eight-level progression programme with direct, in-water instruction, from first water confidence to advanced, competitive-ready technique.

Every child follows the Starfish-to-Shark pathway below, collecting a badge at each level. Advanced swimmers may receive out-of-water coaching for technique refinement when conditions allow.

Adult Lessons

Tailored to all experience levels, whether learning to swim for the first time, overcoming water anxiety, or refining advanced technique. Each session is personalised to your goals and abilities.

Step-by-step coaching in a private, comfortable setting: learning to float, improving fitness, stroke refinement, and even open-water or triathlon preparation, rewarding at any age.

The Eight-Level Progression Pathway

Every child works through eight clearly defined levels. Tap a badge to see what a swimmer learns at that stage and what comes next.

Eight levels from first water confidence to strong, independent swimming.
